DREAMS Foundation is a charitable organization set up for the welfare of socially marginalized communities. The organization aims at developing and delivering unique CBR programs and host income generation projects (IGP) to provide opportunities for self help groups (SHG) which incline their projects towards social responsibility. |

We support them in every aspect, right from motivation, initiation and financial guidance to expertise in HR recruitment and management, conducting business process, global expansion, strategic marketing and solutions for sustainability and growth of the IGP. |

Globalization, increasing mobility, accelerating development of new technologies and changing demographics represent both bigger opportunities and bigger challenges in the global scenario. The fact that, very often, business and ethics don’t go side-by-side is a major threat. This applies not only to individuals and companies, but also to governments and society at large.

A project involving 30 physically challenged people who were given one year of residential training, absolutely free of cost, with a mission to make them employable and provide them sustainable employment. |

The web portal http://bslips.com/ was the first IGP developed on a global technology platform in this regard. Bslips.com is a unique internet based data reservoir that contains listings of businesses and professionals, which provides an easy access for the customer. It is also a platform for the promotion of one’s skills and products to the customer. One of the major activities included here is providing a common platform for job seekers and employers to meet, which will ultimately benefit both.
